Terms and Conditions
	We payout a minimum 10% commission to all active affiliates. DomainMassDevelopment.com will pay you for all conversions that are generated from visitors that enter our web site(s) and/or affiliate partner web site(s) through your affiliate tracking code. The amount you are paid is no less than 10% of earnings on all successful sales. We will send out payments once per month, in full, for the previous month's earnings, over a minimum of $100.00 dollars. If your earnings are under $100.00, or you request a higher minimum payout, your payout will carry over to the following month. New accounts may be subject to a payment hold and/or additional wait time(s). You are strictly forbidden from generating traffic through sites that contain material which constitutes an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person's intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other rights. No bulk e-mail advertising allowed whatsoever. In addition, mass messaging via internet clients and/or services is strictly forbidden, this includes but is not limited to: blogs, news groups, social networks, message boards, irc, icq, aol, aim, yahoo, msn, etc. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all unpaid earnings and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against you, both civil and criminal. We do not allow affiliates to advertise, market or promote the DomainMassDevelopment.com services or programs through the transmission of bulk e-mailings. No spamming of any kind or in any form, whatsoever, is permitted. We reserve the rights to cancel any affiliate account that has an unusually high number of membership and/or service cancellations and refunds. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel this affiliate program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately by e-mail and paid for all accumulated earnings up to that point in time within 30 days. Nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and DomainMassDevelopment.com. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. We reserve the right to deny services and admittance to any prospective client based on signup information or for any other reason. DomainMassDevelopment.com abides by a zero tolerance policy relating to any illegal content and/or materials. Should you send visitors or cause visitors to be sent from any site which contains warez, illegal porn or any other type of obscene or illegal material, all services will be immediately terminated and account access will be revoked. DomainMassDevelopment.com does not tolerate any form of deceptive, unfair or false advertising by clients and all such practices are strictly prohibited. In addition, DomainMassDevelopment.com shall not tolerate any spyware or adaware and shall not accept any sales obtained through spyware or adware and all other software which sends data back to the users without his/her knowledge or consent. You may not assign this Agreement, rights and/or obligations to any third party without prior written approval of DomainMassDevelopment.com. Accounts terminated by DomainMassDevelopment.com due to a violation of the terms and conditions set in this agreement, cannot re-apply for any DomainMassDevelopment.com programs or services without the written consent of our administrators. Subject to the restriction, the present Agreement will be binding on and enforceable against parties and their respective successors and assigns. Failure by DomainMassDevelopment.com to enforce strict performance of any provision in the Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NL Web Holdings Ltd, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the losses), insofar as such losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on any claim or threatened claim that our use of your trademark(s) infringes on the rights of any third party or the breach of any promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by you herein or any other claim related to your domain names. The terms of this agreement will begin upon activation of your account and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by e-mail, to your e-mail address on file is considered sufficient notice for termination of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated because you have violated the terms of service you will not be eligible to receive any payments earned prior to the date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any other reason, you are only eligible for earnings on sales/conversions occurring during the term of the Agreement, and earnings through the date of termination will remain payable only if the sales/conversions are not reversed and fully verified. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Notice of any change by e-mail, to your e-mail on file or the posting on our site of a change notice of a new agreement, is considered sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms of service and conditions of this Agreement. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment structures, payout schedules, payment procedures, and terms of service. All such modifications shall take effect 48 hours after we serve notice as provided above, unless we indicate otherwise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation and usage of provided programs and services, following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site, will constitute binding acceptance of the change. This Agreement contains the complete terms of service and conditions that apply to you as an affiliate of the Domain Mass Development program operated by NL Web Holdings Ltd.
